Siqwes Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use siqwes.com or any Siqwes niche site and sign up for one of our free educational series. The niche sites are:

  • business.siqwes.com, Siqwes for Small Business
  • education.siqwes.com, Siqwes for Educators
  • realestate.siqwes.com, Siqwes for Real Estate Agents
  • assistants.siqwes.com, Siqwes for Executive & Admin Assistants
  • bookkeeping.siqwes.com, Siqwes for Bookkeepers

Please read them. If you don't agree, please don't use Siqwes.

1. Who we are

Siqwes is operated by its founder as a sole proprietorship doing business as Siqwes. "We," "us," and "Siqwes" mean that business. Contact: support@siqwes.com.

2. The free series

  • The series is free. It's one lesson a day after you confirm your email address: the free 5-day educational series on a niche site, or the Free Everyday AI educational series (three lessons) on siqwes.com.
  • It is educational only.
  • On the niche sites, Day 5 mentions a paid membership that is coming soon. Finishing the series never signs you up for anything.

3. Who can use Siqwes

You must be at least 18 years old. Siqwes is for adults using AI in their work and is not directed to children or students.

4. Your account

Your account is just your email address. Please sign up with a real email address that you control, and only for yourself.

5. Acceptable use

Please don't misuse our sites. For example, don't try to break in, overload them, sign up other people without their permission, or use automated tools to scrape them.

6. Our content

Lessons, prompts, templates, and site content belong to Siqwes or its licensors. You may use them for your own personal use and for your own internal work. You may not copy them for resale or republish them as your own. Please don't resell, republish, or forward whole lessons to people outside your workplace. Sharing a single tip or prompt with a colleague is fine.

7. AI tools and their output

  • AI tools make mistakes. Always check AI output before you rely on it or send it to anyone. You're responsible for how you use AI tools and what you do with their output.
  • Never paste confidential, client, student, or tax information into AI tools.

8. Not professional advice

Siqwes is general education about AI tools. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, HR, medical, or other professional advice, and Siqwes is not a real estate brokerage. Our free series does not give continuing-education credit, a certificate, or any license or designation. For decisions in those areas, check with a qualified professional.

You remain responsible for following your employer's, school's, brokerage's, MLS's, licensing board's, and state's rules, including rules on using AI tools and handling data.

Real estate: following Fair Housing laws and advertising rules in your listings, ads, and messages is your responsibility. We don't review or approve your materials, and we never call anything we teach, or anything an AI tool produces, "compliant."

9. Third-party tools

Tools such as Microsoft, Google, and AI tools are run by other companies and follow their own terms, prices, and privacy practices. Their features change, and we can't guarantee them.

10. No warranties

Siqwes and the free series are provided "as is." We work hard to be accurate and up to date, but we can't promise that every lesson is error-free or that our sites will always be available. We don't promise any particular results.

11. Limitation of liability

The series is free. To the extent the law allows, Siqwes is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us, which is nothing ($0). Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

12. Ending the series

You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email. We may stop or change the series at any time, and we may end access for anyone who seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms.

13. Paid memberships

Paid memberships are coming soon. They can't be bought yet. Before anyone can buy one, its terms, including what it includes, how billing and cancellation work, and any other conditions, will be shown and must be agreed to.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we do, we'll post the update here with a new "Last updated" date. If a change is material, we'll tell subscribers by email.
